House Rules

1. The property can conveniently host up to 5 guests. 

2. The property uses self check-in and check-out with an electric lock. Check in time is at 15:00 and on-wards on the day of arrival and check-out at the latest by 11:00 on the day of departure. It might be possible to offer early check-in and late check-out depending on the availability. 

3. No pets are allowed in the property. Although we love pets, unfortunately there is no pet-sanitizing service in Serifos and we need to respect hosts with allergies. 

4. Commercial photography and filming is not allowed. You are more than welcome to take pics and videos and post them on social, but not for commercial usage. 

5. Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes is not allowed inside the property. You are free to smoke / vape in the balconies. 

6. Parties and events are not allowed in the property. 

7. This is a residential area with quiet hours between 22:00 - 07:00, please remember to respect your neighbors. 

8. Access to roof-top is prohibited due to safety reasons.
